How do I have an email sent to me when someone fills out a form?

  1. Login to your website.

  2. Roll over the Form admin bar and click on Edit Form.

  3. Click on the Form Settings tab.

  4. Put a check in the box next to Email New Entries and type in the email address you would like the notification to come from.
    Address to send entries to
    1. Note: Only one email address can be put in this box.
  5. Press the Save button.
